This depends on the booking type:

Trips & Activities: Require a specific deposit per ticket, the rest is paid upon arrival
Hotel Units: Require a (non-refundable) deposit to confirm the booking
Custom Plans: Require full payment in advance without a deposit system

Yes, absolutely! You can book any activity, tour package, or design your own custom plan completely independently. There is no requirement to book a hotel or accommodation unit through our company to benefit from these services.

A system that allows you to fully build your own trip step by step, provided the minimum duration is 3 days. The system adjusts timings to ensure no conflicting activities and provides the total cost for immediate payment.

Yes, the customer must be 18 years or older, and an original ID card or passport must be presented for all services. Please also arrive 30 minutes before the trip time.

Hotel Units

Please book hotel units early, at least one to two weeks before the arrival date to ensure availability.

No, the hotel units system has strict rules, and the deposit paid to confirm the booking is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Yes, a security deposit must be paid upon arrival. It is fully refunded upon departure provided the unit is handed back in its original condition without damages.

Cancellation & Modification

The cancellation policy applies only to trips and custom plans, not hotel units:

24 hours or more before the trip: 100% refund
6 hours before the trip: No refund, but you can exchange the trip and change the date
Less than 3 hours: No refund or exchange

You can modify for free at least 6 hours before the original time (subject to availability). To modify, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

If the customer arrives late after the specified grace period, they lose their right to the trip and cannot claim any financial refund.

Loyalty Program

ROMAR TRAVEL's loyalty program grants you automatic upgrades and ascending tiers with every completed booking, providing exclusive discounts. Tiers are: Normal, Plus, Super, VIP, VIP Super, Master.

Upgrades are automatic based on completed bookings:

Plus: 7 bookings
Super: 15 bookings
VIP: 25 bookings
VIP Super: 50 bookings
Master: 150 bookings

Each tier gives you a discount percentage on (trips and custom plans), which increases as your tier goes up. You also get extra discounts on top of any available offers, and the Master tier enjoys a free trip!
