Introduction

Welcome to the ROMAR TRAVEL website. This document provides the terms and conditions for using our website and booking tours.

By using our site or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services We Provide

  • Organizing and managing various recreational trips including (Yachts, Safari trips, Aqua Park, and Parachute).
  • Providing comfortable and safe internal transfer services.
  • Providing bookings for summer apartments and hotel units equipped with the highest standards.
  • The ability to book any activity, tour package, or custom plan individually, without the need to book an accommodation unit or hotel through us.

All these services are provided on a pre-booking basis as detailed in the booking policy.

We also pride ourselves on providing a completely free consultation service, which includes answering all inquiries, designing comprehensive tour programs featuring recommendations for the best beaches, restaurants, cafes, markets, and local attractions. This service is available to everyone, whether they book through us or any other party.

Trips Policy (Yacht / Safari / Aqua)

  • Booking must be completed between 24 to 48 hours maximum before the trip time to ensure availability.
  • Booking is confirmed by paying a preliminary deposit of the total cost, and the remaining amount is to be paid upon arrival at the destination.
  • All clients must be present at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the trip departure.
  • In the event of a cancellation request 3 hours or less before the trip, the client is not entitled to a refund or ticket exchange.
  • The company reserves the full right to accept or reject refund requests or ticket exchanges and date changes, at its sole discretion based on operational conditions.
  • If the client (individual, company, or group) is late for the scheduled trip time, they forfeit their right to a refund or exchange, and must bear the total cost of the trip.
  • All participants must carry a valid national ID card or passport.

Apartments & Hotel Units Policy

  • Booking must be completed no less than a week and no more than two weeks prior to the actual arrival date.
  • The booking is officially confirmed once a confirmation deposit is paid from the total stay value.
  • Once confirmed and the deposit is paid, the booking becomes final, and cancellation or refund requests are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
  • Upon arrival and unit check-in, the client must pay the remaining balance along with a refundable security deposit to ensure the safety of the unit’s contents.
  • The full security deposit is refunded upon checkout, provided the unit is inspected and no damages are found.
  • In case of any damage to the unit’s contents, the client (individuals/companies/groups) is obligated to bear the full cost of repairing or replacing the damaged items.
  • The unit must be received and handed back in a clean and tidy condition, just as it was upon check-in.

Custom Plans Policy (Build Your Trip)

  • The (Build Your Trip) tool provides full flexibility to choose days and activities, with a minimum plan duration of 3 days.
  • The system automatically accounts for activity conflicts (such as not combining Safari and Aqua Park on the same day) to ensure feasibility and customer comfort.
  • The total cost of the plan is calculated instantly based on the selected activities and the number of individuals (adults, children 6-9 years, and free infants 1-5 years).
  • To confirm the booking of a custom plan, the full total cost must be paid (not a deposit system).

Everything selected inside the custom plan (trips and activities) is subject to its own usage policies mentioned on this page (trips policy and cancellation policy).

Booking and Payment Terms

  • The customer must be an individual (18 years or older)
  • Provide correct and complete personal information
  • Pay the required amount to confirm the booking (deposit or full amount depending on the booking type)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Change Trip Date:

You can change the trip date only once without additional fees 24 hours before the original time, subject to availability in the new time slot.

Customer and Company Responsibilities

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of the provided data
  • Arrive 30 minutes before the trip
  • Carry a passport or ID card
  • The customer is responsible for their personal belongings
  • Adhere to the specified times
  • Respect local laws
  • Follow safety guidelines

Company Responsibilities

  • Provide the agreed-upon services
  • Solve problems if they arise and provide financial compensation depending on the circumstances and company policies

Loyalty Tiers Policy

Our loyalty tiers system is designed to reward our regular customers with exclusive discounts and perks based on the number of completed bookings.

Tiers and Rewards Details:

  • Normal (0 - 6 bookings): Basic tier with no extra discounts.
  • Plus (7 - 14 bookings): 2% discount on standard bookings (2 uses).
  • Super (15 - 24 bookings): 3% discount on custom plans (1 use) + 0.5% extra discount on offers (1 use).
  • VIP (25 - 49 bookings): 4% discount on custom plans (2 uses) + 1.5% extra discount on offers (1 use).
  • VIP Super (50 - 149 bookings): Permanent 5% discount on standard bookings + 5% on custom plans (5 uses) + 5% extra on offers (5 uses).
  • Master (150+ bookings): 15% discount on standard bookings (7 uses) + 10% on custom plans (7 uses) + 10% extra on offers (7 uses) + One completely free trip/activity.

The customer is upgraded automatically once the required completed bookings are reached. Discount uses are consumed automatically upon successful payment. Extra discounts only apply if there is an active offer on the trip.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and personal data and keeping it confidential.

  • We collect necessary data to provide distinct bookings and services.
  • We do not share your personal data except to the extent required by the service.
  • We use cookies to improve user experience.

User Accounts & Payments

  • The customer bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and for all activities that occur under their account.
  • Payments are processed through the secure payment gateways approved on the site.
  • No booking is considered finally confirmed until the payment process is successful and the receipt of funds is confirmed.

Reviews & Content Policy

  • We welcome customer reviews and constructive comments on the services provided to ensure transparency and help continuously improve our service quality.
  • It is strictly forbidden to use offensive or indecent language, publish misleading content, write promotional comments for other parties, or post external links.
  • The site administration reserves the full right to review, edit, or delete any review that violates these terms without the need to refer to the customer.

Intellectual Property

  • All content displayed on the ROMAR TRAVEL website, including (texts, images, video clips, designs, and logos), is the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
